Step 3: Registration Process:
Registrations on Giftex Application can be done with any of the following details:
a. New User:
a. You can create your account by just registering with very few details.

b. Facebook:
a. If your phone has facebook and logged in the application will ask permission and grab the details like email from your facebook account.

c. Gmail:
a. You can login with your gmail and the application will get the details from the gmail account.


Step 4: Login Screen:

a. It is a one time login application once logged in it will not ask login until you logout.


Step 5: Main Screen – Tabs
a. Exhibition:
a. It displays the complete details of exhibition with respect to date / time / venue, as well as the contact details of Giftex

b. Exhibitors:
a. List
i. the details like email from your facebook account.

b. Details:
i. On click of any exhibitor get to see details of that exhibitor. Ex. Stall No., Address, Contact No., Contact Person, Email, Website, etc.

c. Invite Friends:
i. This feature is only used if people in your mobile contact list have already downloaded this application.
ii. One gets a list of people who have this application and select their name to send invitation.
iii. This is sent as notification to that person and also shown in the INVITATION TAB of opposite person.

c. Invitations Tab:
a. This tab comes into the picture when people in your contact list have already downloaded the Giftex Application.
b. Invitations Tab only has received invitations and that are not responded to by the user.
c. User can open the invitation and can see the details below the details are 2 buttons:
i. Yes I am going,
ii. No I am not going
d. When clicked YES – then the invitation is removed from the list and the invitee get notification saying that XYZ has accepted your invitation.
e. Also invitee can see the people invited and people coming whom they have invited on a individual Exhibitors Details page.

d. Event Registration – For Visitors
a. For any users who wants to come to Giftex Exhibition can click on this link.
b. Fill up the form of Pre-Registration
c. This details are stored and unique code is given which has to be shown on the counter at time of registration for quick check in.
Short Demo Example for Invitations:

Example 1: Within / Between The Application Users
a. Mr. Patel -> Goes to Exhibitor Details of Wilmar & wants to invite people for this stall.
b. Mr. Patel -> Clicks Invite People -> Gets to See list of people from his contact list having this application.
c. Mr. Patel -> Selects Multiple People and Click Ok.
d. Suppose Mr. Patel Invites Mr. Shah who also has application.
e. Mr. Shah – Receives invitation in the notification bar of the phone & Also in the INVITATION TAB of the App.
f. Mr. Shah – Can view the invitation in the app and decides to GO -> So he clicks YES – I AM GOING button.
g. Now since the invitation is viewed and replied the invitation removed from the INVITATIONS TAB of Mr. Shah.
h. On accepting by Mr. Shah -> Mr. Patel gets a notification saying Mr. Shah has accepted your invitation.
******Mr. Patel will not see anything in Invitation Tab.
j. But Mr. Patel can go to (Wilmar) Exhibitor Details Page and at the bottom can
find that Mr. Shah is going

Example 2: Share With Friends
a. Mr. Patel -> Goes to Exhibitor Details of Wilmar.
b. Mr. Patel -> Needs to invite people to the Wilmar Stall at Exhibition.
c. But Mr. Patel -> Needs to invite the people who do not have the app.
d. Mr. Patel can share the details on various third party application that are – Whatsapp / Facebook / etc.
e. Mr. Patel clicks on the SHARE BUTTON on the Exhibitors Details page.
f. The share button will show list of applications that are there on the phone.
g. Mr. Patel can select any application Ex. Whatsapp -> Select the name of the person Ex. Mr. Mehta
h. An auto message will be generated on the screen saying Mr. Patel wants to invite you to . . . . with link to download.
i. This will help in promotion to huge crowd by creating groups in respective apps and sending message at once.
j. **** This is just an invitation message – It will never be shown in Invitations Tab & Exhibitors Tab.
