Imagine the rush of anticipation when you are holding a gun and you get to remove all your frustration by just shooting your boss!!!

Companies like Blue lotus PR (pr agency) have taken their employees to off city camps where the companies have these mock shoot outs where employees are put in different teams (like an army), the mission is to take the other team down.

Now some may say that this is a Team Building Exercise. Yes it may be but one can also look at it from a corporate Gifting aspect.

The Objective is important.
Is it to build a healthy working environment or to just give brake to your employees.
OR is it both?

The concept of corporate gifting BREAKS barriers and enhances communication.

This practice of gifting employees is followed by many companies and helps them in performing better as they know what they are to receive in the end of the day.
Some companies have given cars to its employees as an incentive others have given Televisions and also cash incentives.

Cash awards are certainly convenient options for employers because they require the least amount of energy and preparation. Unfortunately, Studies show that cash awards are remembered for the shortest amount of time.

On the other hand, the memories created when an employee learns to dive with the sharks or create glass art with a master glass blower will outlast an engraved plaque or generic gift certificate.

So, BEWARE bosses! The next time you have been given an invite to a shooting park, get ready to be shot at!
